1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoOpportunity (“Platform”), including our website at goopportunity.org, Facebook Page, Telegram, and WhatsApp communities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
2. About GoOpportunity
GoOpportunity is a student career platform that provides access to scholarships, remote jobs, exchange programs, competitions, campus news, and community resources. We also operate an Ambassador Program allowing students to represent GoOpportunity on their campuses.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Platform. By using GoOpportunity, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. User Accounts & Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Ambassador Program
5.1 Application
Ambassadors are selected based on their campus presence, leadership, and commitment. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
5.2 Ambassador Responsibilities
Accepted Ambassadors agree to: – Actively promote GoOpportunity on their campus – Represent the brand professionally and ethically – Meet minimum engagement requirements as outlined in the Ambassador Guidelines
5.3 Benefits & Stipends
Ambassador benefits including discounts, stipends, and referral earnings are subject to the terms in the Ambassador Agreement. GoOpportunity reserves the right to modify or withdraw benefits with reasonable notice.
5.4 Termination of Ambassadorship
We may terminate an Ambassador’s status for violation of these Terms, misconduct, or failure to meet program requirements.
6. Referral Program
- Referral earnings are credited after successful verification of referred users.
- Payouts are processed weekly. GoOpportunity reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or abuse.
- Attempting to game, manipulate, or exploit the referral system will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
7. Community Rules
When participating in our Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any GoOpportunity community, you agree NOT to:
- Post spam, scams, or fraudulent opportunity listings
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
- Share misleading or false information
- Promote competing platforms without permission
- Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal
Violations may result in removal from the community and/or account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on GoOpportunity — including the logo, website design, opportunity listings, and written content — is the property of GoOpportunity. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
GoOpportunity provides the Platform “as is.” We do not guarantee that every opportunity listed is accurate, current, or that you will be selected for any program. We are a discovery platform and are not responsible for third-party decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoOpportunity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
