This fellowship is designed to empower young people to pursue careers that align with their passion, purpose, and well-being—not just traditional expectations imposed by society or family.
In today’s world, the “safe” or “traditional” career path is no longer a guaranteed success route. Instead, it often leads to career mismatch, financial pressure, and rising mental health challenges among youth. Youth Will LEAD is here to change that narrative.

The Youth Will LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy & Development) Fellowship believes that young people deserve the freedom to build meaningful and fulfilling futures.
The program actively challenges outdated education and workforce systems while promoting mental health–friendly, sustainable, and purpose-driven career pathways.
🎯 Fellowship Overview
Selected fellows will engage in meaningful learning, research, and advocacy activities, including:
📚 1. Empowerment through Knowledge & Skills
- Political analysis and critical thinking
- Historical context of education and labor systems
- Research and advocacy skill development
- Training to challenge outdated career models
🧠 2. Mental Health & Well-being Focus
- Advocacy for youth-centered career pathways
- Promoting reduced academic and financial pressure
- Encouraging balanced and sustainable life choices

- Duration: 6 weeks (Summer 2026)
